In the early days of developing the website I had very little information about Michael Bird's YTV movie West of Paradise, which is why it had a single page rather than its own section. I have no idea why but there has recently been a flurry of interest in the movie and I have received several requests for a copy.

Thanks to a tip off from my good friend Werner Schmitz (of the excellent MEDIA Gems Website) I discovered that some years ago the film was released commercially on video in Spain - titled "The Secret of Happy Day". I picked up a copy on e-Bay and have added the details to the website. The text on the sleeve was in Spanish but a friend has translated it for those of us not gifted with languages!

The West of Paradise page has gradually grown over the years and after this latest acquisition I decided it was time to rejig things and give the movie its own section - like Bird's other creations.
